Inviting team members to SolveBio

Please see Roles and Permissions in SolveBio to see who has the ability to invite people to join their team.

If your account is configured to use SAML/SSO then you can only use your identity provider to add new team members. 

You will need the person's email address to invite them to your team.

  1. Proceed to the Team Settings page
  2. Click the "Invite Team Member" button on the bottom-left
  3. Enter their email address and select the desired role
  4. Click "Invite Member"

The person should then receive an email with instructions on how to join your team.

If you are unable to invite a team member for any reason, feel free to email support@solvebio.com with details.
