Please see Roles and Permissions in SolveBio to see who has the ability to invite people to join their team.
If your account is configured to use SAML/SSO then you can only use your identity provider to add new team members.
You will need the person's email address to invite them to your team.
- Proceed to the Team Settings page
- Click the "Invite Team Member" button on the bottom-left
- Enter their email address and select the desired role
- Click "Invite Member"
The person should then receive an email with instructions on how to join your team.
If you are unable to invite a team member for any reason, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org with details.
