Managing your password

If your account is configured to use SAML/SSO then you can only use your identity provider to manage your password.

To change your password:

  1. Proceed to the Security Settings page
  2. Enter your current password, followed by the new password (twice)
  3. Click "Change Password"

Your password will then be updated!

If you forget your current password, you may reset it by visiting then Reset Password page (make sure you are logged-out first).

If you are unable to change your password for any reason, feel free to email support@solvebio.com with details.
